Meet the Juice Trio 🍏🍋🍊! If you don't have a juicer, it makes a good Christmas present request. They are life changing. Smoothies are great too but I'm committed to a fresh cold glass of homemade juice every morning. It's the easiest way to knock out my greens or veggie nutrients in seconds. Below are my recipes for these 3 from left to right. Makes 2 servings.
Beet Bod 👙
- 2 Beets
- 2 Carrots, skinned
- 1 Apple (I like to skin mine and I use Granny Smith)
- 1 Lemon, peeled or skinny
- 2 inch knob of Ginger
- 10 Celery Ribs
- 1 Jumbo Cucumber
- 1 Lemon, peeled or skinned
- 2 inch knob of Ginger
- 1 Apple
- 1 Grapefruit, peeled or skinned
- 1 Orange, peeled or skinned
- 1 Lemon, peeled or skinned
- 3 Carrots, skinned
- 2 inch knob of Ginger
