About
Welcome to Another Recipe Blog
What makes this one different? Think of this like a recipe influencer page. I try the recipes and show you only the best ones, with notes. And I'll also throw in some originals as well.
Welcome to the 500 millionth recipe blog you've seen in your life. I started this because the world of cooking and baking is overwhelming, and it can be difficult to know where to start or whose recipes to trust. How did I know that the recipe I found on google would turn out or was worth trying? My purpose here is to try it for you before you do, and if it's a home run, you'll see it shared on Frustaci Food. I'll give you notes and pointers so you get it right the first time. You can view me as your virtual personal chef. I'll share everything from rich desserts and comfort foods (not holding back on the sugar or salt of course) to freshly squeezed juices and nutritious plant-based wraps for when the New Year rolls around.
If you wanted to know my background in the kitchen, it started with my love for chocolate. Picture above for reference. My mom doesn't like chocolate (criminal) and my dad made brownies once in a blue moon. The only way to get my chocolate fix was by making it myself. When I was 12 years old, I discovered my love of baking. I learned how to make blueberry muffins, ganache stuffed cupcakes, and red velvet cupcakes. But it wasn't until I moved to a small beach town in 2018 with about 5 restaurants and not much to do, that I finally opened up my cooking bible again, America's Test Kitchen Cook Book 2001-2017. Since then, I haven't stopped. Baking is closest to my heart but in the last few years I have developed an equal love for cooking. Since then I have collected countless recipes from chefs, bloggers, cook books, cooking magazines, and more. I have many of them saved on a google doc but finally decided to share them the way they were generously shared with me.
Hope you find some gems in here to add to your 'google doc' or wherever you keep your treasured recipes.
